We have implemented COVID19 specific measures, including app-based daily check-ins, daily manager connects, awareness and well-being sessions, increased medical support, etc., A variety of virtual collaboration environments and unified communication and collaboration technologies are widely adopted within our company.

As part of our business continuity planning and preparation, Tata Communications Transformation Services has deployed a task force – overseen by our Global Management Committee, led by our CEO – to continuously assess the COVID-19 situation. We have a clear command and control matrix, covering all functions with effective backup and resiliency. This Global Emergency Response team is also in continuous interaction with national governments and health authorities to ensure best practices in health and safety while maintaining business continuity.

We have the experience of the last one year to ensure business continuity for our customer’s business and this experience has made our business continuity processes more robust. As part of our business continuity planning, we have a clear command and control matrix, covering all functions with effective backup and resiliency.

We are accredited and certified with several ISO standards. Our operational processes and services are audited for availability and continuity regularly to protect the services we provide for our customers. There are no known non-compliances or restrictions that would prevent us from executing our relevant business continuity plan promptly.

Finally, we are actively engaging with the third parties and partners that support us in strengthening our operations' continuity and minimising impact as local government mandates and regulations continue to evolve with the situation.
