- Can you tell us about your first impressions when you joined TCTS ?
When I joined TCTS in 2023, I was both excited and nervous. From day one, my colleagues welcomed me with open arms. I vividly remember my first team meeting, which was a brainstorming session discussing our roles and the impact we can make as a team. It was an incredible start to my journey here. - What has been one of the highlights of your first year at TCTS?
One of the highlights of my first year was the team-building retreat we had at an incredible offsite. It was a lot of fun as we spent the day connecting with each other, sharing stories about our work experiences and backgrounds, and discussing the current challenges we face. We came up with solutions on how to overcome or manage them. It was a fantastic bonding experience. - How has the support and camaraderie within your team impacted your work experience?
The support and camaraderie within my team have been amazing. Whenever I faced a challenge, there was always someone ready to lend a hand or offer advice. My manager and our function head taught me ropes for my profile and guided me on rectifying my mistakes. This being my first job, I was bound to make mistakes. Having someone to go to for advice has been invaluable. - What are you most grateful for in your time at TCTS so far?
I am most grateful for the collaborative and supportive environment at TCTS. Working with such a fantastic team has been the highlight of my time here. Their support, friendship, and the memories we have created together have made my first year unforgettable. Here’s to many more years of collaboration and success!
