As the Delivery Head, Swaminath B. (Swami) leads TCTS’s delivery strategy, ensuring the seamless execution of services and solutions that enable clients to embrace next-generation technologies. He is responsible for overseeing end-to-end delivery operations, driving continuous service quality improvements, and aligning outcomes with client expectations through strong governance, operational excellence, and innovative delivery models.

With over 20 years of experience in client-facing and delivery leadership roles across global communication service providers, Swami is deeply committed to enhancing customer experience through the consistent delivery of high-quality services. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree from the University of Madras.
