Tushar leads the Finance function at TCTS, driving financial strategy and governance to enable sustainable growth and profitability. In his role, Tushar ensures robust financial planning, risk management, and compliance while supporting the company’s long-term objectives.
With over two decades of experience across revenue control, financial reporting, group consolidation, taxation, and procure-to-pay, Tushar has been instrumental in transforming processes and building efficiencies. His approach combines analytics, automation, and emerging technologies to deliver financial innovation and operational excellence.
He is a Chartered Accountant and holds a bachelor’s degree in commerce from the University of Mumbai.
