Awantika is the Head of HR at TCTS. She brings over two decades of experience in shaping people strategies that foster engagement, satisfaction, and high performance. With a deep focus on leveraging technology to transform HR practices, she implements AI, data analytics, and Design Thinking to improve processes and outcomes, ensuring a workforce prepared for the future.

Awantika is also a speaker, mentor, and published author, contributing thought leadership to industry forums and leading publications. She holds a SHRM-SCP certification and has completed a Postgraduate Program in AI for Leadership from the University of Texas, Austin.
