- How did your journey at TCTS begin, and what shaped your early years?
I started my career at TCTS as a Graduate Engineer Trainee, excited to bring my electronics and communication knowledge into real-world projects. While I started on the technical front, over the years, I’ve had the privilege of working on diverse projects, including serving as a Design Engineer and Order Manager for a leading telco provider, where I acted as a Subject Matter Expert and trainer, driving process improvements and enabling teams. These experiences gave me invaluable hands-on exposure and helped me strengthen both technical expertise and leadership skills while collaborating with cross-functional teams and global clients. - Can you share a project that tested your problem-solving abilities?
One of the most challenging projects was the multi-site data center installation involving multiplexers across 8+ sites, which faced delays due to technical issues and coordination gaps. I took the initiative to streamline communication, reprioritize tasks, and introduce automation, bringing the project back on track and even delivering it ahead of the revised deadline. - What did you learn from navigating the challenge?
The experience taught me the power of proactive communication and structured problem-solving. It also reinforced how important it is to stay calm under pressure and focus on solutions, not setbacks. - How has TCTS supported your growth over the years?
TCTS has given me the space to take ownership, experiment with innovative solutions, and grow through real challenges. The trust placed in me from the very beginning enabled my transition from a technical contributor to a leader who drives outcomes in complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
