- Can you tell us about your journey at Tata Communications Transformation Services (TCTS)?
I began my journey at TCTS in 2019 as an Assistant Manager in Solution Engineering (Pre-Sales). Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of contributing to various domains, including product management, solution engineering, and bid management. Each role offered unique opportunities to learn and grow. My roles have consistently involved collaborating with cross-functional teams, driving process improvements, and delivering results that align with organizational goals. - What does your current role as Manager – Bid management entail?
In my current role, I lead bid management initiatives, which involve collaborating with stakeholders, streamlining processes, and ensuring 100% compliance with RFP/RFI/RFQ requirements. My focus has always been on delivering high-quality proposals that meet client needs while optimizing internal workflows. - Can you share a significant challenge you faced and how you addressed it with your team?
As a product manager, I initially handled Network operations as an offering. We saw an opportunity to introduce a new offering based on drone-based network services. The challenge was to develop a marketable solution using this emerging technology and turn it into a revenue-generating source for the company. My team and I conceptualized and developed “Infra Digitization,” a unique solution combining drone technology with advanced digitization techniques for precise and efficient network infrastructure analysis and management. The project covered end-to-end development, from research and requirements to training, infrastructure upgrades, and successful market implementation. - Beyond your professional responsibilities, how have you engaged with the TCTS community?
At TCTS, I’ve had the chance to engage in exciting activities that go beyond my daily work. I showcased my badminton skills and won at the Sports Carnival, participated in Drive initiatives to give back to society, and earned a Special Recognition Award at the Tata Communications Innovista Contest for innovation in piloted technologies.
