- How has your path evolved to bring you where you are now?
Starting as a Service delivery Engineer, I was focusing on hands-on technical execution. Over time, I was keen to understand the bigger picture about how services are delivered at scale and how technology connects with business outcomes. TCTS enabled that evolution. Today, I lead a talented team, overseeing end-to-end service lifecycles for global clients. My work spans multiple time zones and diverse teams, ensuring seamless delivery, client satisfaction, and driving continuous improvement along the way. - What inspired your shift from a field engineer to a global service delivery role?
TCTS didn’t just give me a role, it gave me the confidence, mentorship, and resources which enabled me to make that leap. The culture here encourages curiosity and growth, and that’s what helped me transition into a position that blends technical depth with strategic delivery. - How has working in international service delivery shaped your professional growth?
It’s been a transformative experience. Managing service lifecycles across borders has taught me to balance technical quality with business goals and client expectations. Navigating time zones, cultural nuances, and regulatory complexities has sharpened my adaptability and broadened my perspective. - What does client feedback mean to you in your current role?
Receiving positive feedback from clients especially when they highlight the impact of my work, has been truly motivating.
