I chose TCTS over an offer letter from a global system integrator after researching its culture, people, and supportive environment. That decision shaped my career in ways I couldn’t have imagined. The opportunities for growth and collaboration helped me develop into a trusted expert in my team, and I’m proud of the choice I made—no regrets. - How did you transition from a fresher to a go-to person in your team?
The mentorship and support at TCTS made a huge impact on my transition. My senior manager provided clear, patient guidance, helping me understand not just the tasks but their purpose. This allowed me to develop a strong understanding of customer needs, grow into a reliable team member, and consistently deliver with precision. - Can you share a specific moment or experience at TCTS that made you feel truly valued and recognized for your contributions?
One moment that stands out is when a senior client stakeholder mentioned, “If we assign it to her, it will be done on time. No follow-ups required.” This recognition was further solidified when I received an email from the client praising my work: “A beaming example that everyone should aim for…A real pleasure to work with you. You always deliver on time and show fantastic knowledge, professionalism, and attention to detail.” This acknowledgment made me proud and reminded me of how far I had come since day one. - What key skills and behaviours did you develop at TCTS that you believe are essential for success in the telecom industry?
At TCTS, I developed several key skills and behaviours essential for success in the telecom industry. These include clarity, accuracy, and being proactive. Understanding customer requirements and delivering on time are crucial. The ability to learn and grow through every experience, coupled with a mindset focused on continuous improvement, has been invaluable. - What advice would you give to someone considering a career at TCTS based on your own experiences?

You don’t need to start with all the answers; what truly matters is your mindset, effort, and ability to grow through every experience.
