The leading Australian broadband provider, faced roadblocks in integrating its Fixed Wireless sites—both brownfield and greenfield. The process required seamless configuration across RAN (4G and 5G), Transmission (Microwave links), and IP equipment. This encompassed end-to-end integration, rigorous testing, and traffic migration from legacy infrastructure to an upgraded network.

However, its incumbent OEM for integration created critical bottlenecks—a lack of support, limited visibility into the process, and an overall skill gap in managing multi-domain integrations. These challenges hampered efficiency, delayed deployments, and increased operational risks.

To accelerate network expansion while ensuring seamless integration, the provider partnered with TCTS’s offshore team.
